Influencial and successful managers
Managers are applauded when things go write but the hint of failure in the air and they are out of the door.. They are the least rewarded but are relatively poorly rewarded when compared with footballers. Aspects and qualities required are vision, tactical awareness. Vision is a football attribute that enables a manager that established or to see what a player can offer to his or her team.
Phillip Troussier* (former national team manager of Nigeria, Japan and South Africa) has stated. A manager or sooach has to be a mom, dad, brother, sister, teacher, councilor, mentor, and/or friend to mention a few. A good coach has the following attributes: Communication, individuality, knowledge and understanding of the players with whom he is working.
Man management. This can be inter-personal skills that requires knowing how to manage different personalities.

So you may have money but if you don't use the players to the max or in the write way then you won't be rewarded with titles or cups. Herbert Chapman and Brian Clought are prime examples of manages who used what little recourses they had to achieve and maintain great sides
